If it becomes necessary to convey your information to any third party to complete your requested service, we will share the required information under strict restrictions and in compliance with this Agreement. If you use any third-party website via the Platform or use a third-party website to access the Platform, you are responsible for reviewing the privacy policy statements of those websites. SadhinPay shall not be responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.
Consent: By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Services.
Changes to the Agreement: SadhinPay reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Agreement and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified terms.
